01Acceptance of these terms

By browsing, registering on, or submitting an inquiry through the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and business customers.

02Your account

• A registered account is required to build a quote list and submit a quote request. You agree to provide accurate, current business information and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.

03Catalogue & inquiries, not an online shop

The products shown illustrate our categories, materials and craftsmanship. They are not a guarantee of ready stock, and the prices displayed on the Site (where shown) are placeholder or indicative figures only — they are not an offer and cannot be used to place an online order. Every requirement is quoted individually based on material, grade, decoration, quantity, packaging and destination. Please note: images are for reference only; all dimensions, materials, glazes, colours, finishes and details are customised to the customer’s requirements.

04Quotations, proposals & samples

• We generally respond to inquiries within 24 hours and provide a tailored proposal with pricing within 72 hours.
• A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it and is subject to material availability and final confirmation.
• Existing samples may be provided with freight payable by the customer; custom or tooled samples carry a sample/tooling fee that is refundable against the volume order where stated in the quotation. Standard samples typically take 7–10 days and complex tooled samples 15–30 days.

05How an order becomes binding

No obligation arises from an inquiry, chat or catalogue listing. An order becomes binding only once both sides have confirmed a written proforma invoice (PI) or sales contract and the agreed deposit has been received. Unless your PI states otherwise, standard terms are a 40% deposit with the 60% balance settled after inspection and before shipment. Minimum order quantities (commonly 2,000 sets per style, with small trial runs from 500 sets priced separately) are stated per quotation. The PI is the controlling document for each order.

06Customisation & intellectual property

• Your IP stays yours. You retain all rights to your brands, logos, artwork, designs and tooling briefs. Your moulds are numbered, sealed and maintained separately, and are never used for another customer without written authorisation.
• You confirm that any artwork, logo or design you supply does not infringe a third party’s rights, and you are responsible for having the right to use it.
• Our own marks — including our Class 21 trademarks registered with CNIPA and the USPTO (Principal Register) — together with the Tabluxe name and Site content, remain our property and may not be used without permission.

07Pricing, payment & taxes

Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and, unless a delivered term (such as DDP) is quoted, exclude destination duties, taxes and clearance fees. Payments are made by business bank transfer to the account stated on the PI; the Site itself collects no card details. Bank charges and any conversion costs are borne as stated on the PI.

08Lead times & delays

Production and delivery timelines are estimates that begin after deposit receipt and signed-off sample. They may shift for custom glazes, hand decoration, quantity, peak season or events outside our control (including carrier disruption, customs holds and force majeure). We keep you informed through weekly production updates and will notify you promptly of any material change.

09Quality, inspection & acceptance

Goods are inspected to the agreed standard (mid-grade at AQL 2.5; high-end / ultra-luxury at tightened levels). Buyer-named third-party agencies such as SGS, ITS or BV are welcome to inspect at any stage. 10Liability

Goods that do not meet the agreed specification will, at our option, be remade, replaced, credited or refunded for the affected value. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or downstream production), and our total liability for an order does not exceed the amount paid for the goods concerned. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access, to disrupt its operation, or to harvest data by automated means at scale.
• Do not upload malicious files or content you do not have the rights to.
• We may refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms.

12Governing law & disputes

These Terms and each order are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution; any unresolved dispute may, unless the PI provides otherwise, be submitted to the competent courts or agreed arbitration. Trade terms (Incoterms) in a PI are interpreted under the current Incoterms rules.
