A signature series across dinnerware, tea & coffee and divided serving
Inspiration & Concept — Drawn from a classical Eastern scene: a still pond beneath a full moon, lotus leaves stirring in a faint breeze, silver light drifting across the water. We translate that moment onto porcelain — layered misty blue-grey glazes over a moon-white ground, ink-wash lotus motifs and a single restrained gold line. The design pursues quietness rather than ornament, leaving generous negative space so the table feels calm, poetic and refined.

Available Bodies & Decoration Options
Every body is food-contact compliant and tested for lead & cadmium — FDA (USA), EN 1388 (EU), GB 4806.4 (China). New bone china contains no natural bone ash and is never labelled “bone china”. Patterns, shapes, colours and packaging are fully customisable.
OEM / ODM · Custom Porcelain
From a sketch, a reference sample or a single product concept, Tabluxe runs the complete custom journey — material and grade selection, 3D development, iterative sampling, locked-in craftsmanship and inspected delivery — under one transparent, fully traceable process.
Customisation Scope
Five dimensions of every piece can be specified to your brief — or developed for you by our design team.
Custom form, capacity, dimensions and wall weight, with new tooling or modified stock moulds.
High-white porcelain, new bone china and true / high-bone-ash bone china across three quality grades.
300+ standard glazes, precise Pantone matching (ΔE ≤ 2) and custom or special-effect glazes.
Under-, in- and over-glaze work, hand detailing, embossing and electro- or 24K gold lining.
Neutral or branded colour / gift boxes, inserts and manuals; laser, under-glaze and gold-foil branding.
Materials & Grades
Every body is fired to a measured specification — water absorption, vitrification and temperature curve are controlled, not assumed. “New bone china” is a bone-ash-free reinforced porcelain and is never labelled as bone china; true bone china carries a declared bone-ash content.
Standard: high-temperature high-white porcelain / new bone china, single high-temperature firing.
For: restaurant chains, volume consumer brands, standard gifting.
Standard: national-standard true bone china (≥35% bone ash) / fine celadon, double firing.
For: mid-to-high-end home brands, star hotels, corporate gifting.
Standard: high-bone-ash bone china (≥42% bone ash) / mineral-glaze art porcelain, precision firing.
For: luxury houses, flagship hotels, collectible gifting.
| Material | Key Specification | Firing Process | Performance |
|---|---|---|---|
| High-Temp White Porcelain | Water absorption ≤0.5%, fully vitrified body | 1280–1320°C, single firing | Hard, chip-resistant, dishwasher-safe |
| New Bone China | Water absorption ≤0.3%, high whiteness, bone-ash-free | 1280–1320°C, single firing | Bright white, precise form, strong value |
| Standard Bone China | Bone ash ≥35%, water absorption ≤0.001% | 1250°C bisque + 1150°C glaze, double firing | Warm translucency, good heat retention, thin and light |
| High-Grade Bone China | Bone ash ≥42%, water absorption ≤0.0008% | Double precision firing, hand-selected bodies | Even translucency, silky glaze, top-tier feel |
Artwork sits beneath the glaze and never wears off; extremely low lead/cadmium release — the first choice for food-contact ware.
Pigments sink into the glaze for a smooth, flush, abrasion-resistant surface — ideal for high-frequency tableware.
The widest colour range and strongest expressive detail, suited to decorative, lower-frequency pieces.
Electro-gold or genuine 24K gold, in fine lining, raised gold or multi-layer fired gold finishes.
ODM Development
Each stage has a defined timeline, a concrete deliverable and a single sign-off point, so progress is always clear.
| Stage | Timeline | Deliverables | Sign-off |
|---|---|---|---|
| STAGE 01Requirements Breakdown & Proposal | 3 working days | Confirmed requirements brief, three-tier configuration proposal (entry / mid / high) and preliminary quotation. | Client confirms the proposal direction. |
| STAGE 023D Modelling & Structural Review | 5 working days | 3D models / renderings, a structural-feasibility report and a tooling assessment. | Client confirms form and structure. |
| STAGE 03First-Sample Iteration | 10–15 working days | Bisque sample → glaze sample → artwork sample, reviewed and confirmed across three rounds. | Client signs the sealed reference sample. |
| STAGE 04Pilot Run & Process Lock | 15 working days | A small batch of 5–20 sets to validate mass-production stability and lock the process. | Client approves the production standard. |
| STAGE 05Volume Production & Delivery | 25–90 days by volume | Mass production with continuous progress updates, followed by inspection and shipment. | Accepted by the client on final inspection. |
Complex craftsmanship, hand-painting and special glazes may extend timelines; the confirmed schedule is set out in each project plan.
How We Work Together
Share your category, quantity, market positioning and target lead time — a dedicated account manager responds within 24 hours.
Within 3 working days we issue a custom proposal with transparent cost breakdown — raw material + firing + craftsmanship + packaging + service fee, each line priced openly.
Existing samples are free (freight only); custom samples carry a tooling/sample fee fully refunded when the volume order reaches the agreed amount. Standard samples in 7–10 days, complex tooled samples 15–30 days.
Quality standard, lead time and payment are confirmed in a formal contract. Standard terms 40% deposit / 60% after inspection, before shipment.
Every Monday we send a production weekly report with workshop photos and video, so you can follow progress without being on site.
Full pre-shipment inspection with a factory inspection report; on-site or third-party (SGS / ITS / BV) inspection is welcome, followed by one-stop customs, logistics and clearance delivery.
Quality claims are accepted within 7 days of arrival with a solution within 24 hours; long-term partners receive a dedicated after-sales channel.
Every line can be produced to GB 4806.4, FDA, LFGB, Prop 65, ISO 9001, BSCI, SEDEX, RoHS and REACH, with the corresponding test reports arranged. Our own Class 21 trademarks are registered with CNIPA and the USPTO (Principal Register), and your tooling, artwork and IP are protected under the same discipline.
2,000 sets per style for volume orders.
Trial runs from 500 sets; pricing quoted separately.
Small orders share a kiln run at volume-unit pricing, with only a small service fee.
40% deposit, 60% after inspection and before shipment.
Tell us about your collection — we respond within 24 hours and deliver a tailored proposal with pricing within 72 hours. Samples are available on request.
