A signature series across dinnerware, tea & coffee and divided serving
Inspiration & Concept — Drawn from a classical Eastern scene: a still pond beneath a full moon, lotus leaves stirring in a faint breeze, silver light drifting across the water. We translate that moment onto porcelain — layered misty blue-grey glazes over a moon-white ground, ink-wash lotus motifs and a single restrained gold line. The design pursues quietness rather than ornament, leaving generous negative space so the table feels calm, poetic and refined.

Tabluxe (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website tabluxe.com (the “Site”) and provides custom (OEM/ODM) porcelain sourcing and related business services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is protected, and the choices and rights you have. It is written for business buyers, brand and retail customers, suppliers and visitors.
We collect only information that is reasonably needed to respond to you, prepare quotations and samples, manage your account and projects, and operate the Site. The categories are:

We do not collect payment-card numbers on the Site. Tabluxe works on a quotation basis; any invoicing or payment is handled separately under the terms of your order, through secure business channels.
We use personal information for the following purposes. Where EU/UK data-protection law applies, we also indicate the legal basis relied on.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We and our service providers use them as follows:
| Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Login and account security, session state, and remembering the items in your quote list. The Site cannot function correctly without these. |
| Functional / preference | Remember choices such as language or display preferences. |
| Analytics (where enabled) | Anonymised statistics, such as pages visited, to improve the Site. Where required, these load only with your consent. |
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login and quote submission from working. Where we present a cookie-consent choice, you can change it at any time.
We share personal information only with recipients who need it to provide our services, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations:
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own advertising.
We operate internationally and your information may be processed in countries other than your own (our hosting and certain service providers are located outside your jurisdiction, and production partners are primarily in China). Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent measures, so your information remains protected to the standard described in this policy.
We keep personal information only as long as needed: account and project records for the duration of our business relationship and as required for warranty, tax, trade and legal obligations afterward; communications for a reasonable period to maintain continuity; marketing data until you opt out; and security/technical logs for a limited period. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encrypted HTTPS transmission, access restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis, hashed account passwords, regular updates and secured backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and respond promptly to any incident.
Depending on where you are located, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
For residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), you may request to know, access, correct or delete personal information we hold, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise any right, email us at the address below; we may need to verify your identity and business relationship before acting.
The Site is intended for business customers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies before providing information.
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date (and, where appropriate, by a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
