01Information we collect

We collect only information that is reasonably needed to respond to you, prepare quotations and samples, manage your account and projects, and operate the Site. The categories are:

We do not collect payment-card numbers on the Site. Tabluxe works on a quotation basis; any invoicing or payment is handled separately under the terms of your order, through secure business channels.

02How we collect it

• You give it to us when you register an account, submit a quote-request or contact form, email us, send samples or design files, or communicate with our sales team.
• It is generated automatically as you browse, through server logs, cookies and similar technologies (see Section 04).
• It comes from limited third parties, such as a business partner who introduces your project, or a service that helps us prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.

03How we use it & legal basis

We use personal information for the following purposes. Where EU/UK data-protection law applies, we also indicate the legal basis relied on.

• To respond and quote — assess your requirements, prepare proposals, pricing and samples, and manage projects (performance of a pre-contract / contract; legitimate interest).
• To run your account — create and maintain the registered account required to submit quote requests (contract; consent where applicable).
• Customer support and records — answer questions, keep an order and communication history, and resolve issues (legitimate interest; contract).
• Site operation, security and improvement — maintain, protect and troubleshoot the Site, prevent abuse/fraud, and understand aggregated usage (legitimate interest; consent for optional analytics cookies).
• Legal and compliance — meet tax, trade, customs and legal obligations, and defend legal claims (legal obligation; legitimate interest).
• Marketing — send product or company updates only where you have opted in; you can opt out at any time (consent).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

05Who we share it with

We share personal information only with recipients who need it to provide our services, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations:

• Service providers — web hosting and infrastructure (SiteGround), email delivery, security and backup, analytics, and business software providers acting on our instructions.
• Production and delivery partners — the manufacturing, inspection, logistics, customs and freight partners involved in fulfilling your specific project, limited to the information they need.
• Professional and legal bodies — accountants, insurers, lawyers and authorities where required by law, regulation or legal process.
• Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to confidentiality and this policy’s promises.

We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own advertising.

06International transfers

We operate internationally and your information may be processed in countries other than your own (our hosting and certain service providers are located outside your jurisdiction, and production partners are primarily in China). Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent measures, so your information remains protected to the standard described in this policy.

07Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed: account and project records for the duration of our business relationship and as required for warranty, tax, trade and legal obligations afterward; communications for a reasonable period to maintain continuity; marketing data until you opt out; and security/technical logs for a limited period. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

08Data security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encrypted HTTPS transmission, access restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis, hashed account passwords, regular updates and secured backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and respond promptly to any incident.

09Your privacy rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — obtain a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Erasure — request deletion where there is no overriding reason to keep it.
• Restriction & objection — restrict or object to certain processing, including marketing.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
• Lodge a complaint — with your local data-protection authority.

For residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), you may request to know, access, correct or delete personal information we hold, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. 10Children

The Site is intended for business customers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

11Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies before providing information.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date (and, where appropriate, by a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
