Inspiration & Concept — Drawn from a classical Eastern scene: a still pond beneath a full moon, lotus leaves stirring in a faint breeze, silver light drifting across the water. We translate that moment onto porcelain — layered misty blue-grey glazes over a moon-white ground, ink-wash lotus motifs and a single restrained gold line. The design pursues quietness rather than ornament, leaving generous negative space so the table feels calm, poetic and refined.

Every body is food-contact compliant and tested for lead & cadmium — FDA (USA), EN 1388 (EU), GB 4806.4 (China). New bone china contains no natural bone ash and is never labelled “bone china”. Patterns, shapes, colours and packaging are fully customisable.
Tabluxe is a custom OEM/ODM, quotation-based service with no online checkout. This policy therefore covers order cancellation and quality/transit claims for business orders, rather than consumer-style returns.
No card payments on the Site. All payments are made by business bank transfer against a proforma invoice (PI). There are no automatic refunds because no payment is taken at checkout.
01Order cancellation
Because production is scheduled to your specification, cancellation depends on how far the order has progressed:

An inquiry or quotation may be withdrawn at no charge.
After deposit, before production starts
Cancellable, less any third-party costs already incurred (such as moulds, custom materials or purchased decoration).
After production has started
Custom goods already in process cannot be cancelled; charges reflect work and materials completed, as detailed on the PI.
The exact position is confirmed on each PI; contact your account manager as early as possible if requirements change.
02Custom-made goods
Products are made to your chosen dimensions, materials, glazes, colours, decoration, logo and packaging. Custom-made goods that meet the approved sample and specification are not returnable for a change of mind. Images on the Site are for reference only; the signed-off sample and PI specification are the acceptance standard.
03Inspect on arrival
Check outer cartons for damage and record any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork.
Open and count against the packing list as soon as reasonably possible.
Keep the goods, inner packaging and cartons until any claim is resolved — they may be needed as evidence.
04Defective or non-conforming goods
If goods do not meet the approved sample or PI specification, notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with the batch number and clear photos or video. Once verified, we will resolve the affected units through, at our option:
Remake or replacement of the affected quantity (with the next production run or as agreed);
Credit note against a future order; or
Refund of the value of the confirmed defective/non-conforming units.
Buyer-named third-party inspection (SGS, ITS, BV or equivalent) is welcome before shipment, and its report can support a claim. Normal, minor handcrafted variation in glaze or colour is not a defect where it falls within the agreed grade.
05Transit damage
Our packaging is drop- and humidity-tested for export. If damage occurs in transit, note it with the carrier on delivery and send photos within 72 hours. We will assist with the carrier/insurance claim and coordinate replacements; responsibility for transit loss follows the agreed Incoterm.
06Shortages or wrong items
Report any shortage or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery with carton labels, the packing list and photos. After verification we will ship the missing/correct units or issue the corresponding credit.
07Returns authorisation
Please do not send goods back without prior agreement. We will issue a return authorisation (RMA) and the correct return address and labelling. Return shipping responsibility follows the cause: confirmed defects are handled at our cost, while other returns are arranged as agreed. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
08How refunds are issued
Agreed refunds are returned to the original business bank account used for payment, after the claim and amount are confirmed. Processing time depends on the receiving bank. Confirmed-conforming custom goods that have already been produced are not eligible for refund.
09What is not covered
A change of mind on goods made to your approved specification.
Misuse, improper storage, or damage from use outside the product’s intended purpose (for example, microwaving gold-decorated pieces where hand-wash is specified).
Normal wear, or minor handcrafted glaze/colour variation within the agreed grade.
Damage or loss after risk has transferred under the agreed Incoterm, other than confirmed manufacturing defects.
