OEM / ODM · Custom Porcelain

Your Collection, Engineered to the Last Detail

From a sketch, a reference sample or a single product concept, Tabluxe runs the complete custom journey — material and grade selection, 3D development, iterative sampling, locked-in craftsmanship and inspected delivery — under one transparent, fully traceable process.

Customisation Scope

Everything on the Table Is Yours to Define

Five dimensions of every piece can be specified to your brief — or developed for you by our design team.

01

Body & Shape

Custom form, capacity, dimensions and wall weight, with new tooling or modified stock moulds.

02

Material & Grade

High-white porcelain, new bone china and true / high-bone-ash bone china across three quality grades.

03

Glaze & Colour

300+ standard glazes, precise Pantone matching (ΔE ≤ 2) and custom or special-effect glazes.

04

Decoration

Under-, in- and over-glaze work, hand detailing, embossing and electro- or 24K gold lining.

05

Packaging & Logo

Neutral or branded colour / gift boxes, inserts and manuals; laser, under-glaze and gold-foil branding.

Materials & Grades

Choose the Grade That Fits Your Market

Every body is fired to a measured specification — water absorption, vitrification and temperature curve are controlled, not assumed. “New bone china” is a bone-ash-free reinforced porcelain and is never labelled as bone china; true bone china carries a declared bone-ash content.

Mid Grade · Reliable

Reliable Quality

Standard: high-temperature high-white porcelain / new bone china, single high-temperature firing.

For: restaurant chains, volume consumer brands, standard gifting.

High Grade · Premium

Premium Quality

Standard: national-standard true bone china (≥35% bone ash) / fine celadon, double firing.

For: mid-to-high-end home brands, star hotels, corporate gifting.

Ultra-Luxury · Bespoke

Haute Manufacture

Standard: high-bone-ash bone china (≥42% bone ash) / mineral-glaze art porcelain, precision firing.

For: luxury houses, flagship hotels, collectible gifting.

Decoration Craft

Under-Glaze

Artwork sits beneath the glaze and never wears off; extremely low lead/cadmium release — the first choice for food-contact ware.

In-Glaze

Pigments sink into the glaze for a smooth, flush, abrasion-resistant surface — ideal for high-frequency tableware.

Over-Glaze

The widest colour range and strongest expressive detail, suited to decorative, lower-frequency pieces.

Gold Detailing

Electro-gold or genuine 24K gold, in fine lining, raised gold or multi-layer fired gold finishes.

ODM Development

A Five-Stage Path From Brief to Production

Contract & Terms

Quality standard, lead time and payment are confirmed in a formal contract. Standard terms 40% deposit / 60% after inspection, before shipment.
