Specialised Bases, Managed End to End

We work through three specialised production bases in Dehua, Jingdezhen and Chaozhou — each reserving an independent production line for Tabluxe — supported by a coordinated accessories base in Shandong for wood, bamboo and serving accessories.

Each base runs a reserved independent production line for mid-to-high-end porcelain, staffed by our own resident QC and process engineers. From raw-material intake and kiln control to decoration and final packing, a single accountable team keeps standards consistent from the first article to the final shipment.

Quality System

An End-to-End QC Process, Independent of the Factory

Our quality standard is set and enforced independently of production. All QC staff report directly to Tabluxe and receive no compensation from any factory — the structural reason our inspection stays neutral and strict.

PHASE 01 · PRE-PRODUCTION

Confirmation

  • Incoming batch tests of clay, glaze and decals for composition and colour code
  • Sealed first article, signed by both sides as the sole acceptance benchmark
  • Craft briefing defining standards, critical control points and defect rules
PHASE 02 · IN-PRODUCTION

Line Patrol

  • Resident QC across forming, fettling, glazing, printing and firing
  • Continuous kiln temperature-curve monitoring for stable firing
  • 20 random bodies per batch measured for size, wall thickness and colour
PHASE 03 · FINAL

Full Inspection

  • AQL-based checks of appearance, dimension, flatness and glaze defects
  • Functional tests: sealing, stackability, microwave & dishwasher fit
  • 100% pre-packing check; pinholes, warping, colour and glaze loss rejected
PHASE 04 · PACKAGING

Validation

  • 1-metre free-drop test with no damage to inner/outer cartons or product
  • Humidity test simulating ocean freight — no moisture uptake or glaze change
  • 100% piece-count verification to prevent short or mixed packing

Acceptance Levels

Mid-grade products are inspected to AQL 2.5 (normal inspection); high-grade and ultra-luxury products to AQL 1.0 (tightened inspection).

Third-Party Inspection Welcome

Buyer-named agencies — SGS, ITS, BV and equivalents — may inspect on site at any stage, and we provide full supporting records.
